I'm thinking of buying a new laptop that I can take to lectures and things. My current one is good but it's too big for me and it's battery doesn't last long enough for a full days use. The one I want is very small and should last all day, but it's £850. This means I'll probably have to sell my current laptop, and maybe my desktops as well. I'm getting a new desktop so I won't need this one and the one at home isn't doing anything. I'm tempted to keep the desktop here as I can keep all my uni work and play stuff seperate though.
My laptop is: 2.8GHz P4, 512MB RAM, 64MB onboard graphics, built in wireless, LAN and modem, 30GB hard drive, DVD/CD-RW drive, two USB2 ports, PCMCIA, stereo sound, 15.4" screen, s-video out, printer and monitor connections. Was £1000, best offers?
My desktop is: AMD XP 2700+, 1.5GB RAM, 256MB GeForce FX5500, LAN, lots of USB2 ports, 60GB hard drive, DVD+/-RW/RAM drive, CD drive, floppy, onboard sound, no monitor but can provide mouse and keyboard. I don't know how much it cost, best offers?
Also, this box: 2GHz P4, 256MB RAM, 32MB GeForce 2 MX400, onboard sound, 10GB hard drive, 3GB hard drive, CD-R, CD, LAN, 2 USB2 ports. Best offer?
They'll have to be collected from portsmouth as shipping might cost a bit.
I really hate selling computers. :(
